SAINT FRANCIS COUNTY, Ark. (localmemphis – It’s not every day you see a former MMA fighter and WWE star turn small town Arkansas Sheriff’s Deputy, but Daniel Puder did just that.
Puder, 37, has been friends with St. Francis County Captain Eddie Adamson for almost a decade.
Adamson encouraged Puder to pursue the necessary training to become a Sheriff’s Deputy and after completing his training is now bringing his positive message of anti-bullying to schools and organizations in the St. Francis County communities.
Puder received his first big break on the WWE’s Tough Enough reality show back in 2004 earning him a $1,000,000 contract.
Puder says over the past 8 years he’s started a non-profit called My Life My Power with a mission of collaborating with academic and corporate groups to deliver long-term sustainable programs that will improve communication and emotional intelligence.
Now sworn in as a part time St. Francis County Sheriff’s Deputy, Puder says he is eager to get to work in St. Francis County.
