Brilliant Futures Foundation, a nonprofit focused on providing higher education opportunities for individuals struggling through financial and mental health obstacles, announces today it will be one of the charities honored at the 2018 City Gala. The foundation will be honored at City Gala’s official launch party on June 3, 2017, in Los Angeles.

City Gala is an organization that celebrates and raises funds for nonprofit organizations. Coinciding with the 90th Academy Awards on March 4, 2018, this annual event is attended by celebrities, business influencers and entrepreneurs to raise funds and awareness for multiple nonprofit organizations. The 2017 event’s guest speakers and honorees included Halle Berry, John Travolta and John Paul DeJoria.

The Brilliant Futures Foundation will be one of eight nonprofits honored at the 2018 event. Others include Feed A Billion, Operation Underground Railroad, Already Always Amazing, Chosen for Change, My Life My Power, Ignite What’s Right and Conscious Capitalism.

Brilliant Futures Foundation is a nonprofit organization that provides education and workforce training opportunities for individuals suffering from mental health and other obstacles. The foundation provides a three-step process:
Interview, assess, and diagnose the applicant for consideration and present to the board.
Come up with a number of educational options.
Conduct a highly engaged follow through for an entire year.
